The Reem Hijjawi Benevolent Loan Fund was established in early 2013 through an agreement between Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology and Ms. Reem Hijjawi. The fund aims to cover the tuition fees of financially needy students enrolled at the college throughout their study period.

A dedicated Loan Fund Committee was formed to oversee the process of collecting student applications, reviewing their financial situations, and selecting eligible candidates.
