The USAID funded project, Cisco Networking Academy was established in 2009 at Hijjawi College.
The academy consists of an equipped computer lab and routers and switches training room. It offers local and international qualified academic staff to train trainers and students.
Cisco offers training services as well as technical support for both trainers and students in the terms of networks and maintenance.
The Academy offers the following training programmes:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- IT Essentials
