Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology Participates in the Kick-Off Meeting of the INTexPaL Project under Erasmus+
Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology participated in the first Kick-Off Meeting of the INTexPaL project, funded under the Erasmus+ CB-VET programme. The meeting was hosted by the University of West Attica (Greece) on 12–13 February 2026
During the meeting, all project Work Packages were presented in detail by the respective Work Package leaders. Each partner outlined their responsibilities, planned activities, implementation timeline, coordination mechanisms, and reporting procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
The College was represented by Mr. Alaa Darwish, Coordinator of the Studies and Projects Unit, who delivered a comprehensive presentation on Work Package 4 (WP4) – Implementation of Courses, which is led by Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology.
In his presentation, Mr. Darwish highlighted the College’s role in overseeing the implementation of the training courses, ensuring quality assurance mechanisms, aligning the developed curricula with labour market needs, and securing the sustainable impact of the project outcomes within the VET sector.
This participation reflects the College’s strong commitment to international cooperation, European partnerships, and the continuous development of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Palestine and the wider region.
