As part of the Smart Production training course implemented under the Jusoor II Project, supervised by the Palestinian Vision Organization in partnership with Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology and supported by F4J Careerz, a group of 19 trainees participated in a field visit to Allesco Company.

The visit included an introductory tour of the company’s facilities, where participants gained insights into its operations, services, and workflow, as well as its operational management practices. The trainees were also introduced to the company’s quality assurance procedures and occupational health and safety standards, helping to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in a real working environment.

The delegation was welcomed by Engineer Zaid Al-Akhras, who provided an overview of the company’s fields of work and key services, and answered the trainees’ questions. He emphasized the importance of developing practical skills that align with the evolving needs of the labor market.

The visit was attended by Mr. Alaa Darwish, representing Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology. This initiative forms part of a series of planned field visits aimed at strengthening links between program participants and the private sector through direct engagement with companies and expanding employment opportunities.

The visit also included introductory professional meetings with several participants, organized in cooperation with the company’s management, to explore potential opportunities to benefit from their skills in the future in line with the company’s needs. This step aligns with the project’s objectives of enhancing employability and creating direct career pathways for program graduates.
