The Quality Assurance Unit works to introduce its objectives, areas of interest, activities, programs, work plans, and achievements to the college community and to interested parties outside the college.
Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology aspires to hold a leading position locally and internationally in the field of quality systems and policies applied to its academic and administrative work, scientific research, and community service. The unit's work is therefore guided by two core principles derived from the college's values:

- Partnership: The unit believes in working in partnership with all relevant parties, giving every member of staff the opportunity to take part in preparation and planning, in implementation, and in benefiting from the feedback that is continuously exchanged.
- Transparency: The unit considers its experience in quality assurance to be pioneering among Palestinian universities, and believes that its website should serve as an important reference for other national and international universities.
