Bursar’s Office

Mission:
The Bursar’s Office is dedicated to providing efficient and professional financial services to all stakeholders of the University—including employees, students, and external entities—while ensuring the delivery of accurate financial information to decision-makers in line with professional standards.

Functions:
As a key division within the Financial Department, the Bursar’s Office plays a central role in planning, executing, and managing student-related revenues. These include tuition fees, registration fees, internet fees, application fees, graduation fees, and more.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collecting tuition and other student-related fees.
• Issuing financial clearance certificates for graduating, withdrawing, or dismissed students, and processing graduation fees.
• Responding to student inquiries regarding their financial accounts.
