Career Services and Alumni Affairs Unit

The administration of Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology and An-Najah National Community College places great emphasis on its students from the moment they enroll until they graduate. Throughout their academic journey, the colleges strive to equip students with the skills and experiences necessary to transition successfully into the professional world.

Given the large number of graduates who complete their studies each year and move on to local, regional, and international institutions in pursuit of future careers, the colleges established the Career Services and Alumni Affairs Unit. This initiative reflects the administration’s commitment to supporting its graduates, preparing them for the job market, helping them secure suitable employment opportunities, and maintaining a lasting connection with them. By creating this unit, the colleges have aligned themselves with the practices of many leading universities and institutions worldwide.

The unit’s mission is to follow up with graduates of both colleges, provide them with training and career readiness programs, and equip them with the skills required to compete in local and international labor markets. It also works to connect graduates with employers, ensuring that institutions and companies can access qualified talent while graduates find opportunities that match their competencies.
