The  Office of the Registrar is one of the educational process's bases since it is devoted to organize students' archives from enrollment to graduation.

The office facilitates students' study plans, academic programmes, registration and transcript and coordinates with the academic departments and the faculty's deanship.

The College operates on a two-semester system and according to credit hours. Each of the two semesters is 16 weeks, and a summer session is eight weeks long. New students are accepted at the beginning of each academic year, and a small number of students are admitted, depending on space availability, during the second semester. Applications should be sent to the Registration Office according to the dates announced annually. The college closes on Fridays and Saturday of each week.
