The Interior Design program equips students with the artistic and technical principles needed to design, furnish, and enhance residential and commercial interior spaces. It covers computer applications, technical drawing, principles of lighting and acoustics, colour coordination, furniture and furnishings, and the history and styles of interior design, with practical application across spaces such as homes, offices, hotels, and restaurants. The program develops creative and technical skills, builds an understanding of space and movement within architectural settings, and prepares graduates to meet the demands of the local and regional job market with a high level of skill.
Program duration: Two academic years (75 credit hours).
