The college council is the governing body of the Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology and An-Najah National Community College. The council is dedicated to encourage, promote, and facilitate the pursuit of academic success of the college and its students and examine the possibility of offering new specializations to look outward and forward to ensure that the college is well placed to adapt to changing market and educational forces.

The College Council seeks to identify and evaluate problems faced by the college’s staff and students and ensure that appropriate compliance systems are in place to avoid such problems.

It comprises the college advisor, the elected members among the academic staff, the coordinator of Quality Department, departments chairs, the representative of the college’s office of the registrar, the coordinator of student affairs and  the dean of  the Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology  and An- Najah National Community College.
