Kindergarten Design Inspired by the Concept of Launching Toward the Future

As part of the distinguished graduation projects at Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology, student Nada Fayez Shadeed developed the Kindergarten Design Inspired by the Concept of Launching Toward the Future. The project draws inspiration from the shape of a rocket as a symbol of ambition, exploration, and future aspirations, transforming these concepts into an engaging and stimulating educational environment for children. The design provides an integrated learning and recreational environment featuring a variety of functional spaces that encourage children to learn through play, explore different professions, and develop their creative and social skills within a safe and comfortable setting. The spatial layout has been carefully planned to facilitate smooth circulation, promote interaction, and accommodate children's daily educational and recreational activities. The project highlights the role of interior design in creating educational environments that support early childhood development by combining functionality, aesthetics, and creativity to foster an inspiring learning experience.

Animal Care Center Design

As part of the distinguished graduation projects at Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology, student Sereen Basel Khanfa developed the Animal Care Center Design project, presenting a comprehensive architectural and interior design concept for a modern facility that provides healthcare and daily care services for animals within a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. The design emphasizes a balance between functionality and aesthetics by organizing interior spaces to ensure smooth circulation and efficient separation of reception, examination, treatment, and daily care areas. This layout enhances operational efficiency, provides a comfortable environment for animals, and creates a well-organized and pleasant experience for both staff and visitors. The project demonstrates the student's ability to apply interior design principles in developing specialized facilities that address functional and human-centered requirements while considering comfort, accessibility, and sustainability throughout the design process.

Smart Horse Feeder Using PLC

Project Overview As part of the distinguished graduation projects at Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology, students from the Diploma in Industrial Automation program developed the Smart Horse Feeder Using PLC, an automated feeding system designed to enhance horse care by delivering feed according to a precise, programmable schedule. The project is built around a Siemens S7-300 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which controls a rotary pellet dispenser that releases predetermined quantities of feed at scheduled intervals. The system supports both automatic and manual operating modes, providing flexibility to accommodate different farm management requirements. This project demonstrates the practical application of industrial automation technologies in the agricultural and livestock sectors. By reducing feed waste, minimizing manual labor, and improving the efficiency of horse farm management, the system showcases the students' ability to develop innovative automation solutions that address real-world challenges in modern animal care. Automatic Lamb Feeding System

Project Overview As part of the distinguished graduation projects at Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology, students from the Diploma in Industrial Automation program developed the Automatic Lamb Feeding System, an intelligent solution designed to automate the feeding process for young lambs through industrial automation and PLC-based control technology. The system automatically prepares milk by heating water and mixing it with milk powder in predefined proportions. The prepared milk is then dispensed according to a programmed feeding schedule, ensuring consistent and timely feeding without the need for continuous manual intervention. The system also incorporates water level and temperature sensors to monitor operating conditions, in addition to an automated cleaning and sanitization cycle that maintains milk quality and ensures hygienic operation. This project demonstrates the students' ability to apply industrial automation technologies to develop practical solutions for the agricultural and livestock sectors. By improving operational efficiency, reducing labor requirements, and enhancing productivity, the system highlights the growing role of modern automation technologies in sustainable farming practices.
